Don't see the recipient you want on the 'Recipients' screen? Check that:

• the currency of their bank account matches the currency you're sending.

When sending money, the recipient list will only show those with a matching currency for your transfer. To change your transfer details, go back to the currency conversion step.

Return to the currency conversion step

Click the back arrow in the left-hand corner and clear the information in the 'You send' and 'Recipient gets' fields.

You only need to complete one of these fields (the other will populate automatically): 

• 'You send' is how much you're sending in your home currency. We'll show you how much your recipient will receive in their currency in the 'Recipient gets' field.
  
  
• 'Recipient gets' is the amount your recipient receives. Complete this field first if you're paying a bill or want to send a specific amount in another currency. We'll calculate the cost of this amount in your home currency and populate the 'You send' field for you.
