You can access your contract note (sometimes called your receipt) in your account online.

We'll send your contract note to you by email when you've completed your transfer. If you're paying by bank or wire transfer, you'll find our bank details in your contract note.

To view your contract note in your account:

1. Log in to your account and click Activity
2. Click on your money transfer
3. Open the Details tab
4. Click Download in the Receipt field
