The refund timeframe depends on how you paid for your order.

Once your transfer's been cancelled, it can take up to 10 business days for your money to be credited to your account, but it's usually quicker than that.

• If you paid by bank transfer, you'll usually receive your refund within 48 hours of requesting it.
• If you paid by credit or debit card, you'll usually receive your refund within 4 days of requesting it.

Refunds for transfers paid for by bank transfer

If you paid by bank transfer and we don't have your bank details, we'll ask you to create a recipient on your account using your bank details.

We'll also ask for proof of payment so that we can make sure return your money to the paying account. 

This proof of payment can be a copy or screenshot of your bank statement. It must clearly show the account name, account number and the debit entry when the funds were deducted from your account and sent to us.
