Here's how to reset your BIPS password and get back in to your account. 

1. On the sign in page, click Forgot password
2. Enter the email address you use to log in to your BIPS account. We’ll send a verification code to this email address. 
   • If you haven't received an email from us, check your spam or junk folder, and that you entered your email address correctly, before refreshing your inbox.  
3. Enter the verification code 
4. Enter a new password 
5. Complete two-factor authentication to log in to your account
